Housing market heading back on track
Although it may be true that over the past few months the housing market has been struggling, latest results suggest that they may be on the mend.
Righmove have apparently reported that of the 10 regions it records across England and Wales, average prices fell in only two – the West Midlands and East Anglia.
It does seem though, that the biggest increase was in Wales, where the average home sold for 3.5pc more than in February.
