Storage Tip 8 – Clean Your Garden Utensils Before You Pack Them.

This one is fairly self-explanatory; leaving your garden equipment wet and muddy whilst in storage is only going to cause you problems in the long run. At best there’s a fair chance some of the dirt will get onto your other stored items. At worst it could stain and, if the equipment is wet, leave damp on your stored items.

So ensure any equipment of that type is clean and dry before it is stored to keep your possessions in perfect condition for when you need them again.
