Delivery Terms

  • We deliver to UK addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

  • We offer a three day delivery service on all orders received between 9am and 1pm Monday to Friday at a cost of £6.00 per pack. (Packs up to a weight of 10kgs, all packs over this weight incur an additional charge, all customers will be contacted to confirm this charge prior to despatch)

  • Deliveries are between 8.00am to 6.00pm on weekdays.

  • Please note we do not deliver on weekends.

  • Special delivery instructions can be given with the order, for example to deliver to a neighbour.

  • If either a) no-one is available to receive the delivery , or b) your special delivery instructions cannot be fulfilled, then the driver will use his/her integrity to leave the storepak/s in the most appropriate place with a card posted through the door of the delivery address. At this stage we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of any unsigned products.

  • Alternatively orders can also be collected from our self storage centres.
