Q. How long is the price guarenteed for ?
A. Many deals offer a discounted rate for the first few weeks and then the price will rise to the list price. In some cases this will double! Smart Storage guarantees the price you have been quoted for a minimum of six months. |

Q. Do you charge a security deposit ?
A. With some self storage companies you will need to pay a security deposit, which traditionally will be one month’s rent. Although this is returnable at the end of your stay, this will mean you will need to pay the deposit and first month’s rent on day one. Smart Storage does not charge a security deposit. |

Q. Do you charge four weekly or monthly?
A. Some self storage companies charge on a four weekly basis, therefore you will be invoiced for 13 periods in a year rather than 12. Smart Storage charge monthly so it is clear how much you pay and when. |

Q. When is reception open ?
A. Normal access hours are Monday to Friday – 8am to 6pm, Saturday – 9am to 5pm, Sunday – 10am to 2pm. 24 hour access can be arranged with prior notice. |
