We are delighted to let you know that Smart Storage has gained Platinum Status on Feefo, the independent review site.
All our self-storage stores across the North West in Altrincham, Preston, Warrington, Widnes, Bromborough and Liverpool have been granted Feefo Platinum Trusted Service status. The verified award, rated by real customers, recognises businesses for delivering exceptional service and experiences.
The Feefo Gold Trusted Service award recognises organisations that have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year and have achieved a service rating of at least 4.5. Feefo gives Platinum Trusted Service awards to businesses that have achieved the Feefo Gold standard for three consecutive years or more.
